This service remove only 2 bad case from gsx. After the process is done, the case will be not visible anymore in GSX. This service supports iPhone, iPad and MacBook. This is not for iCloud Remove Service.

Instructions:

• In the Device field enter IMEI/ Serial Number

• In the Case ID field enter the case number

This service allows to delete:

• Referral (stolen report)
• Lost mode question from the owner
• Bad case for iCloud removal
