USB Redirector Technician Edition is a specialized software utility developed by IncentivesPro designed for professionals who provide remote maintenance, flashing, reprogramming, and diagnostic services for USB-attached devices. It virtually “tunnels” a physical USB device connected to a customer’s computer over the internet or a local network directly to the technician’s computer, making the device behave as if it were plugged straight into the technician’s local machine

How it works?

The software splits functionality into two distinct modules:

1. Technician Side (Full License Required): Installed on the technician’s computer. It manages incoming connections and mounts the remote USB devices natively into the Windows system.
2. Customer Side (Free Customer Module): A lightweight, portable (.exe) file under 2MB that requires no installation. Technicians can distribute this file freely to clients. The customer opens it, plugs in their device, and enters a Technician ID to initiate the connection.
